I distinctly remember as a child going with Mom to the carwash a couple times, and I would beg to sit inside the car while it went through. I remember one time I got to be in the car while it was cleaned and went through the machines and it was like the best day ever. I got the chance today to sit in the car today while I put my car through one of those car washes. I honestly don't know why it is so fun, but I was giggling with glee as my car got pummeled with soap, water, and what looked like giant hair dryers. I want to go back right now, it's like going through a stupid, but entertaining children's thrill ride.
And in answer to the comments about where is Randi...her parents miss her too much and they don't want her to be away from their Italian mafia this long. But Randi has like one year left to graduate and she has made a life out here, so she's getting a loan and trying to figure out a way to get a scholarship to live in the dorms or something. Anyways, she wasn't a reliable enough roomie because there's still a possibility she won't come back. I really hope she does, because things won't be nearly as fun! And then Kelsey will move out in December when she graduates, so Randi can always move into her room if her finances get figured out. I couldn't bank on her coming back since I have just dealt withsomeone else who flaked out on where I could live.
